We wanted to let our customers know that we’ve experienced unexpected delays in receiving PBT material from our main supplier, LA/ES. Despite placing our order well in advance this year, the shipment is now over five weeks past the original 6–8 week production estimate, and manufacturing has not yet begun.
To minimize further delays, we’ve placed an additional order with ISO SPORT to bring in replacement material as quickly as possible. Their current lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks. However, this material comes at a higher cost — roughly 60% more expensive — and new tariffs may also affect future pricing.
We’re doing everything we can to keep prices stable and ensure steady supply as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation.
